Important Memo Regarding Payments:

Dear Central One Customer:

Central One Optical has a new mailing address for statement payments effective February 1, 2019:
Continue to Make Check Payable to Central One Optical
and remit to:
Payment Processing Center
P.O. Box 816187
Dallas, TX 75381-6187

In order for us to properly apply payments to your account, please send all payments to the new Payment Processing Center beginning February 1, 2019 and please include the following important information:

  1. Remittance stub from statement
  2. If no remittance stub is sent be sure to denote the correct account number on your check.
  3. If paying for multiple accounts, please designate the split per account number.
For those Accounts who pay by Credit card:
  1. Customers already set-up as Auto Pay will continue as usual with no further action necessary on your part.
  2. Customers who call in credit card payments please call: 1-800-436-9622.
  3. Customers may also pay on our website when they download or view their statement
Checks and Credit card payments will be accepted up to Noon C.S.T on the last business day of the month. Calls made after Noon C.S.T. on the last business day of the month will be processed on the first business day of the next month.

Please continue to contact the accounting department directly for questions regarding your account or for statement copies.

    It’s quick, easy, and a very secure method of payment.
